"Most tourist may not pick Chai Wan area, but its ok, just longer travel time to the end of MTR line. Room are cleaned daily. Decent space for our twin beds room, with shower only. Its great they provided basic breakfast when we are on a budget. Just coffee/tea, a bun, a fruit, a biscuit. TV are local channels. There are convenience stores nearby and a neighbourhood mall beside it too, able to get fast food, congee, roast goose, bakery, breakfast shops etc. "

"Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Perfect location near Fortress Hill MTR (but away from the noisy traffic) and plenty of eateries and grocery shops nearby and also near bus and tram stops. The room is clean, spacious (for HK hotel standards) and the lobby is stunning. There's a gym and pool as well. Staff were all great including housekeeping."

"The hotel is in a great location, but is dated and in need of a renovation. The room furniture was worn with doors not closing properly etc. Room rates were good that made up for the other shortcomings. The hotel is situated in the best of both worlds. "Overall the stay was pleasant and the location of this hotel is convenient. There was an issue with the hotel access, as there are some steps of staircases from the ground level to reach to the check-in and passenger lifts lobby! It’s a bit difficult to carry heavy large luggage bags to access the hotel entrance. There are a bit of noises in the early morning coming from the road, as the hotel is on the lower floor levels! Staffs are helpful to provide support and assistance."
