"This is a lovely quiet hotel/ryokan. Beautiful large room with everything set up for onsen the Japanese bath, which was also delightful. The staff was very very sweet and helpful. We didn’t eat at the hotel; there are wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is a few hundred meters from the tourist area which is very quiet after 5 pm. Great place. "

"For those coming to Miyajima to enjoy the island after the crowds leave, this is the perfect option. It's a cosy, traditional Japanese lodging with tatami rooms, a large soaking bath and a restaurant run by the owner downstairs. He works very hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. You must also have the omakase dinner run by the talented host, he is an exceptional sushi chef and it was by far some of the best food we have had in Japan. "
