"Lovely hotel in a great neighbourhood and walkable to the city centre and major attractions. The room was small but very comfortable and the service was wonderful. The only downside was that the elevator remained out of service for our 3-night stay, but things happen that are sometimes unavoidable. I would certainly consider staying here again."

We arrived very early, and they were more than helpful and accommodating, even arranged an early check-in, coffees delivered when we didn’t have the correct change for their coffee maker, beautiful lounge with small library of travel and other books. "On the whole this was a beautiful hotel and staff were mostly lovely. Shockingly, we did experience an extraordinarily rude waiter on the first morning - I’ve never experienced anything like it - fortunately other staff were lovely. Also when we arrived, there was a bit of a delay and we were asked to wait - we were offered complimentary drinks- a nice gesture but they took an age to arrive and we had to chase it up - not a great first impression."
