"The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The comfort room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (with bunk beds). The breakfast and food (in general) at the main restaurant is very good. Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play. The Waterpark is just across the street from the hotel, so this is also very convenient. "

"Our stay was wonderful. We were lucky that it was warm enough to get into the lake. But even when it got a bit chilly, we enjoyed ourselves in the spa area. And let me tell you this, I've never been in such a charming sauna before. It is partially underwater. When it was windy on the lake, you could see the waves hitting the windows of the sauna in a hypnotic rhythm. The service is really good and friendly. "We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

"Beautiful room, great bathroom, stunning views. Haven’t commented on the staff because I didn’t see anyone, it was easy self check in and parking without any issue. It’s a multi purpose building and the hotel is 2 floors up, it’s done very well and it felt very secure. Just be aware that there is no lift so carrying heavy bags up is a bit of an ordeal. My only little moan is the first photo on Expedia of this hotel is of a beautiful building on a mound, titled “view of the city from hotel”....

"Brand new. Well located to transport options and not too far from the centre. For the price it was well worth it and a nice stay. Warm at night but with fan running was ok. Needed to close the windows to keep out the street noise. It was super quiet and dark when windows and external blinds closed which was very nice. "
