"The room is excellent. The view is unbeatable. We stayed 5 days in the 20th floor and had the harbour view all by ourselves. One must go up to the roof top to see the whole harbour. Minor change should be provide water bottles to the guests. The location is perfect, 7 minutes walk from Whampoa D2 MTR exit. "

"We had a an amazing stay here. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. We arrived at 8am from our long haul flight, they gave us an early check in of 8.30am. We were so grateful. The bed was comfortable. The shower was really good. We got breakfast delivered each morning and it was yum. The blackout curtain was awesome. We were also given a late check out for leaving as well. "Overall great hotel. The rooms are new and clean. The lobby is extremely small so you have to go through people to get to the elevators (not really convenient if you have lots of luggage). Staff and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The area around the hotel can be quite seedy at night. Despite, these small issues we would stay again as a layover."
