"Hotel bom e quartos excelentes, porém o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. Informamos 3 dias antes sobre restrição alimentar da minha esposa (intolerância à lactose), porém não disponibilizaram nenhuma opção para ela. Avisamos novamente e no dia seguinte disponibilizaram apenas leite sem lactose. Além disso no último dia peguei 3 pacotinhos de manteiga (só tinham sem sal!) que estavam mofados! De forma geral minha estada foi boa mas devem melhorar bastante a estrutura do café da manhã."

"Não tivemos problemas em relação a acomodação, porém o atendimento deixou a desejar. No check-in já não achavam nossa reserva. Fechamos duas diarias e no dia seguinte, quando havíamos saído para almoçar, recebemos uma msg da recepção avisando que a hospedagem havia se encerrado às 12h! Tivemos que mandar print da reserva para comprovar! Achei um pouco de descaso com o cliente sair mandando msg sem ao menos verificar no sistema!
