This small villa is a truly romantic retreat for a couple or a maximum of 4 people. In green surroundings and under the shade of an olive tree, the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the incredibly beautiful unobstructed view to the sea and to be carried away by the sound of the waves. The bedroom with four-poster bed features equally fascinating and endless sea views and the terrace, which runs right around the house, can be accessed directly from here. A bright living/kitchen with dining area, oven, sink and a large fridge offers everything you need to prepare a quick meal. In the outdoor area, you will also find a barbeque. The villa is approached directly from the coastal road and you can park right by the house.The house is situated above the old road between Diano Marina and Imperia, which is closed for traffic. In the fresh morning air, this place is buzzing with joggers, cyclists and skaters seeking to enjoy the views or to get down to the nearby beach of Imperia Oneglia for surfing or sunbathing. Shopping facilities are only a few minutes drive away in Imperia.

Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter war super nett. Verständigung problemlos auf Englisch möglich. Der Weg zum Strand war abwärts kein Problem und zum rauf gehen, gab es zum Glück Seile. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs. Das Grundstück ist durchgängig eingezäunt. Ein rundum gelungenes Urlaubsdomizil.

Im Herbst 2023 haben wir herrliche 10 Tage im Villino Capo Berta verbracht. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einmalig, das Haus tip top eingerichtet, die Umgebung eingezäunt und für unseren jungen Hund Bosco super... Herzlichen Dank an Mauro für die tolle Betreuung. Entspannung pur

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Man kann zu Fuß ans Meer laufen, der Weg ist aber sehr steil. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und man kann sich gut auf Englisch verständigen, falls man wie wir kein italienisch kann. Mit Hund ist der Aufenthalt absolut unproblematisch und man kann seinen Hund auch gut ans Meer mitnehmen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Privatheit des Grundstückes und der tolle Blick aufs Meer.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Eine wunderschöne Ferienunterkunft. Sehr netter Besitzer und freundlicher Empfang. Wir haben Kuchen, selbstgemachte Marmelade von der Nonna und frische Blumen bei der Ankunft vorgefunden. Alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist für zwei Personen perfekt eingerichtet. Einmalige, traumhafte Sicht aufs Meer. Man hört die Motorräder auf der darüberliegende Straße, aber es ist nicht sehr störend. Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
