"The hotel was beautiful and the staff very friendly. The resident alpaca Ponchita was a lovely element and the added oxygen in our rooms a qonderful assist for acclimitization (in addition to the plentiful aetisanal coca tea of course). The breakfast was great but I would have liked to see a bit more variety with the restaurant menu. The complimentary pisco sours was a very nice touch."

"Great property, excellent value, nice staff. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is very good. Location is convenient for all of Cusco attractions. Only issue is that is not that quiet. Soundproofing is poor ... Hard floors are not helpful in the room and the doors are loud. With so many people starting their day early, it is a little annoying. It would be otherwise be a very quiet location."

"This is the best hotel we have stayed in for a very long time. It is by far and away the best in Peru, comparing very favourably against the five star hotel we chose for our stay in Machu Picchu, for example. The staff are all incredibly friendly, courteous, personable and professional. The rooms are exceptional and the restaurant never failed to please (breakfast or dinner).
