Our only negative was the bedroom was very hot. Slept with sliding doors open, despite minus temeratures outside. Problem solved by reception staff. Overall, a great place to stay, and hope to return."

"My self and my 4 year old son stayed here for a night in January. The hotel, is by far the best family friendly hotel I have had the pleasure of staying at. The pool is like a warm bath, the cinema room is fantastic, the rooms are huge, the beds are so comfortable, the kids menu is brilliant and allergy friendly and the staff are so helpfull. I really could go on. We have booked again for another stay this month. "
