Quiet area and spacious rooms. Location was great and beautiful views of surrounding mountains. There’s no AC in the room but not required as nice cool breeze from mountains so just kept windows & doors open. Pillows are too soft and needed a small fridge & kettle in the room. Enjoyed our stay and would come again.

My room was clean and comfortable. It is a little away from the heart of things, but there is an outstanding Italian restaurant just a couple of minutes walk away. The one downside is that there is no kettle in the room. I love a cup of tea when I first wake up. There a guest kitchen area but using this would entail corridors and lifts in my pyjamas.

This excellently-managed serene property is close to all major attractions in Interlaken with a short walk (or the public bus that stops in front of this hotel). The rooms are spacious, modern, well furnished, and have balconies that open up to the amazing views of the mountains (e.g. Jungfrau, Harder Kulm, etc). The restroom was squeaky clean, but a little outdated with a cloth based separation between the toilet and shower instead of glass, and had a non-tile anti-skid flooring.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, would recommend to anyone staying in Interlaken. Rooms are spacious and the views are amazing. Staff were great and answered any questions I had during the stay. They also provided a bus pass that allowed for free local bus transportation (which was great for when it was raining) and it’s only about a 10-15 min walk to the train station.

Our stay was very nice. Pleasantly surprised on the large size of the room. Bed was very comfy, room very clean and it was probably the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. Location could not be beat. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel away from the chaos
Very clean. Walking distance to main part of Interlaken. Free parking was great! Breakfast had many options of ham, salami, cheeses, yogurt, bread, great coffee. Also: walking distance to get to the tram to take you up to Harder Kulm, which is a must see!
