On my first night I was allocated a room near to some stairs and unfortunately was kept awake until the early hours due to a coach party toing and froing between rooms along the corridor. The next morning the wonderful receptionist allocated me a room on the 3rd floor. Absolute bliss! Couldn’t hear a thing, and had 2 good nights sleep.
