"When we asked about why our room isn’t cooling down, we were told it’s controlled by the hotel. We didn’t understand why the temperature of the room is controlled by the hotel and not the guests, this should be controlled by the guest not the hotel. Our room was too warm for our comfort, and every time we went down to the front and tried to ask about getting a fan, the bar was super busy with a long line. "Lovely wekeend stay in a funky hotel. Friendly staff, and overall not nad prives for a london hotel! Was also quiet, which was nice amd only 20 mins from Stratford. Will definitely return"

"Fantastic location, rooms were spacious and clean ( we had the family room) lots of towels, our room looked on to the train station we heard trains throughout the night , ear plugs were provided if you needed them we didn't and we all slept soundly .. will definitely stay here again "
