"Stunning location. Beds are ROCK hard though and I felt the staff were not really accommodating for very simple things. For example, I requested to be moved to a smaller side table, but the staff was not flexible and insisted my seat is in the middle of the dining hall. I was traveling alone and the side table I asked for no one was ever seated there in the end. Basic information like sharing that there is no detergent in the laundry room before I went for the long walk there could have saved...

"Very spacious for a room of 2. Nice view from living room and bathroom. Onsan is a big bathroom which i expect it’s a natural hot spring. Buffet is great as breakfast. It will be great if can offer free tableware as there’s a kitchen inside the room . I asked the staff to give me a plate to reheat food but extra charges are required. "

"Nice secluded spot next to a river. You kinda need a car, though they do offer shuttle service from I don’t know where. I think it’s good for families since they have a game room with ping pong and karaoke and pet friendly. I had a Japanese room which overlooked the river! "The food options were just ok for buffet and very over priced. The private onsen was lovely. Unfortunately the kids pool was very loud in the evening so it made it hard to enjoy. Also was suprised that there really was no view of Mount Fuji which had been advertised. "
