"We had a really nice apartment for 6 nights, it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was a welcome start to the day. The location was excellent. A short walk to Robertson or Clarke Quay, or to Chinatown, and when we didn’t feel like walking, the Fort Canning MRT station is right across the road. We had some trouble with the wifi, it was slow, not sure if it was us or actually slow but we made do because we were out exploring most of the time."

Brilliant pre arrival comms thru WhatsApp so I could self check in due to likelihood of arriving after 7pm when reception closed ; two key codes for outer door and key box by lift . Spotlessly clean and very well appointed room inc. hob,washer,cooking utensils, large TV . Decent bathroom with big shower cubicle . Excellent in room WiFi . By prior arrangement left my suitcase to wander round, leaving before reception opened then dropped in early afternoon...

"Overall decent stay in November 2024. The check-in process took a lifetime though there is the option to do a portion electronically ahead of time, which is recommended. We did not and paid the price. Our family booked 3 rooms here. The staff was nice enough to put us on the top floor for the sake of our baby due to construction below. (Construction is just starting and expected to get worse. Recommend staying at a high floor to avoid noise). Two of the rooms we occupied had no issues. One...

The kitchenette room was excellent, because it included a washer/dryer - tho it took 5h vs 1.5h to do a load of laundry 😂 - but still better than going to a laundromat. The room was very comfortable & quiet with great bed, decent A/C, kitchen, furniture & bathroom. What makes this hotel great is its very spacious and nicely air conditioned working lobby area with individual work tables, sofas and shared tables where you can get work...
