"Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. "The location was great. Near the train station. My 3 brothers and I stayed there. We were our touring Vienna all day long and got back at midnight. The walk from the underground station was a little long, but doable. Bonus points for having a long comfortable couch for my 6’6” brother to sleep on. That was a nice surprise."

They took care of this by giving us an additional room. However, a full month after my stay I was charged a second time for some unknown reason and the hotel does not answer their phone, return calls, nor reply to emails to resolve the issue."
