"Huge hotel, Separated to two different areas with own receptions. Spa side looked nicer. We were on the other side. Lots of people. Rooms outdated. We had to change the first room which had very strong smell of detergent or something else. Room changing was smooth"

"This is a great place for a family to stay for a visit to the Phuket area. Although not right on the beach, Kata is walking distance (10 mins) and there is a free hotel shuttle there and back several times a day. There is also the Kata Street Walking Market directly across the street but far enough down that noise doesn't travel. Perfect for evening eats! We also loved the hotel pool and the breakfast buffet with plenty of Thai and Western options. Would have been nice if they mopped the...

"I was here for a couple of nights in December, their peak season. I stayed in a room with pool access which was amazing. The pool is gorgeous, and I can see that it is cleaned everyday and the gardens are tidied. The view is beautiful. The pool area is quite aesthetic and a great place to come and relax when you are tired of the beach which is nearby. Kata beach is within walkable distance but you can also take the shuttle from the hotel. At night the street is very lively with shops going...

"We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also...
