"The hotel room was amazing - spacious, balcony, and good shower. Close to Kata Night Market and the Kata Surf lessons. The only complaint is we got a quote from the hotel taxi service that it would cost 800 baht, but he day after when we needed the taxi, they charged us 1500 baht. We ended up taking a Bolt for 700 baht, so you should download the app and be cautious of overcharging from hotel "

"The envoirnment of hotel is quiet good and the staff is friendly. The free transfer to main entrance is really good. The hotel staff told me our room was upgraded when we check in. But I don't think so. It is a pool access room as what I reserved. But I reserved a villa acess room which should have bathtub. Also, the room is just opposite to the lift and staff room. It is really really noisy. I can hear the staff talk and guest talk from day to night. "
