"Super conveniently located right next to a monorail station and walkable to the main shopping district"

"Room was a good size, and very clean. It was close to the train station which was really handy. The only down side was when we were checking in, we had a staff member that was quite condescending regarding tattoos in the onsen. Our group had none but he still felt the need to be very rude to us as if he didn’t believe we would abide by the rules because we weren’t from Japan (specifically he made a point , even after explaining the initial onsen rules, that because we were foreigners now...

"For context: I went on a trip with my elderly stents and this place was just the perfect hotel to stay in. A five mine walk from the mono rail and 10-12 min walk to the Tomari port made it easy for me to plan our daily trips. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Though the rooms are small (as expected), it was comfortable, clean, and they came with all the amenities needed. Hotel staff took pride in ensuring ALL customers were pleased. I will certainly love to come back to this hotel....

"Easy and direct 15 min walk to Ferry Port and other destinations many restaurants and bars within 1-2 minute walk - street was loud until late on Saturday but still worth it for the price and location"

"While conveniently located, the hotel is a bit old. Also toilets are not senior citizen friendly and dangerous for old folks (need to step up/down when getting in/out). Mattresses are hard and not comfortable. "
