"Great staff, friendly and helpful. Always spotlessly clean. My room had a door onto the balcony on the famed Duval Street which was a great way to watch the Holiday Parade. The balcony is also where the complimentary breakfast is served. I was fortunate enough to have coffee making facilities and a microwave in my room but it was nice seeing the city wake up as you took your first coffee.
