"We recently enjoyed a delightful 3-day stay at The Westshore Grand in Tampa, Florida, over the Christmas holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the receptionist who checked us in. Their friendly demeanor and efficiency set the tone for a wonderful stay. However, the true highlight of our visit was the exceptional service we received at breakfast each morning. The breakfast itself was fantastic, featuring quality ingredients, a diverse menu, and delicious options like wonderful pancakes, rich coffees, and fresh fruit. But what truly made our mornings special was the outstanding service provided by Janeen, one of the restaurant employees. Janeen is an absolute treasure! Her attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care for her guests are unparalleled. She remembered us straight-away from 1 year ago. Once again, she went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and made us feel incredibly welcome. Her warm smile and positive attitude were the perfect start to our days. Janeen's dedication to her work and her guests truly shines, and she made our stay at The Westshore Grand unforgettable. Thank you, Janeen, for making us delicious cappuccinos on Christmas morning and making our holiday breakfast experience so memorable every morning of our stay.
