"Great Stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, check in was easy, received a welcome drink and snack, porter took us and bags in a buggy to the room and member of staff pointed out areas if interest on the way. Room was modern, clean and spacious. Nice large shower. Bottle water provided daily. Wifi all over the resort and no issues with signal. Beach front and beach towels provided. "We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad...
