"It took 4 different tv remotes to get the tv to work. The shower made horrible loud sound. The rubber around the outside of the shower was loose and peeled back. The breakfast options was terrible. Police coming inside the lobby at night with their lights on & looking at the monitor, holding a small child, was worry some. We were easily moved to another room when we had issues with the first room. We were checked in and out with ease. "

"I have no room to gloat about this, just sharing raw experience over time. I've stayed in hotels, counting it all up, for almost two years. "Hotel location is decent, there are police/security patrolling the fenced in parking so you know your vehicle will be safe. The staff was friendly and helpful, the only complaint is that the TV in the room didnt work, but that was because of a Spectrum outage, nothing the hotel could control and not their fault at all. Would definitely stay again! "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Miss Lorraine was so personable and a joy. She helped us out with some questions and a an issue we had. The staff was one of the best things about our stay here. The dining area was spacious and very nice. The breakfast was also very good. While there were some minor issues, we would probably stay here again in the future."

"We have a live music venue and tried this hotel for the band that was traveling. People in the parking lot tried to fight the band members as they were unloading to check in. There was also a $100 cash deposit required that is not verbalized anywhere when booking online. They did not stay there due to feeling unsafe. This is unfortunate due to the fact that this area has several new businesses and hotels. "
