"The property is in a great area, with free use of bikes. Unfortunately they are on a first in basis so unless you get up at 7am you're likely to miss out. The breakfast was plentiful only issue was that it was the same reach day and usually only Luke warm even tho in heated pans. Not sure what the issue was there. Great coffee shop almost next door. If you want to rent electric bikes go to J-cycle. In the foyer area is a beautiful zen garden which the restaurant looks out onto when eating...

"Great location! Not far from the station at all. In fact it’s so convent to quickly hop on the station and it’s only 3 stops from Kyoto station. The staff were amazing. The rooms were clean. They had bikes available for guests and we were able to ride bikes around Kyoto. I would recommend you stay away from the shopping area as you cannot ride your bikes or park there. My only con of this place is the rooms are extremely small. So it made it very difficult for us to open are suitcases...

"Very convenient, the main bus route 215 just two steps away from hotel. Aeon mall is just opposite to the hotel. The family room is exactly, connecting room with 7 beds inside. Enough for a big family. "
