"Saw many reviews about the locatilon being 'right on the subway' but the subway entrance right on the street is into the maze that is the Osaka station, and still a 5-10 min walk underground to get to your platform. "It was a mixed bag. We had 2 rooms - one was great, one said newly renovated but looked anything like it (had old bathtub, small etc). Bellboy was not helpful, but people at the desk were helpful. "The room was neat, clean, modern. We didn’t stay at a high floor room and it was a bit noisy. It is in an area with high traffic. We are heavy sleepers we don’t hear anything much when we sleep.
