"Staff is super efficient ! We arrived at 2pm. Were told that check-in time is at 3pm. We rested at the lobby and by 2:30pm, we were able to Check-in. Thanks to the housekeeping team. The bedroom is very spacious, 2 queensized bed with all basics, incl. hair curlers, charger, table lamp. There is a box at the reception to collect “used clothes”~ for recycling!! "Going into my trip I knew rooms in Japan were going to be small, however I found this room actually very spacious compared to Kyoto and Tokyo. It was spacious enough to have luggage laid out and walk around comfortably with a king size bed. Enjoyed all the amenities, free pajamas, and toiletry kits they gave out for free. Super convenient! It’s literally right off the main road of all shopping and dontombori. I would book again just off of location! "

"drove 6 hrs fr Hiroshima, found location, check in and parking easy. We had triple room, beds comfortable and amenities (toiletries and instant beverages plentiful). "It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."
