"What a wonderful little place. Myself and my daughter stayed here for 2 nights. There is nothing not to like about this place. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, the room (No.6) was really nice, with a wonderful shower. We had breakfast, and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place, as it is close to York also. Would definitely love to return one day. "

The only draw back was the shower - it had little water pressure and the shower hose was a poor fit. I had a key to a separate entrance which gave me freedom to avoid the bar and flexibility to come and go."

"Property was perfect for the price. Clean and welcoming. Shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. I was able to get in touch with the management on arrival. Tap in the ensuite was cold and despite running for a while, did not produce hot water. The building was subject to some noise pollution and you could clearly hear other guests in other rooms. Other than that, I would book again."
