"I loved the hotels atmosphere and the rooms var super nice and staff super kind and helpful. BUT the noice is terrible. Doors are super thin ( old building) and you can hear people from outside and from the building all night. really hard to sleep. If it wasn't for that there would have been amazing. Also wish they had room service with food in the evening as well. "

"The good things; the property is pretty beautiful, views are great, rooms are really lovely and all restaurants in the hotel are really high standard. The areas that we found jarring (given 5 star rating); the service is mixed - some really great people, some folks are pretty unresponsive/unhelpful. While the property is stunning, there are improvements ongoing (eg we found 7 loose tiles in baby pool). Overall I would recommend a visit, if you are keen to see the area/stay in a nice hotel. "

"A fantastic family holiday resort! Service was really impressive, from room to restaurant service. Everything was clean, all staff were friendly and efficient. For families with young kids, I couldn’t recommend highly enough. The outdoor kids pool was heated with fun slides for both younger and older kids.
