"Springhill suites by Marriott. Lots of DOGS in this hotel, which felt dirty! Ask for an OCEAN FRONT ROOM, NOT a bay front.! Big difference in view, same price. $25/day parking charge, ridiculous!They make a KILLING on parking! There must have been at least 150 cars in the lot per day! "Expensive for what the place offers. WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. "

"Waiting 15 minutes for an elevator was unacceptable. There was no luggage carts available. That was such an inconvenience. Other than that our stay was wonderful! The resort the staff was great! I would recommend to anyone. The staff was the best part of our stay. They were awesome and so helpful."

"My stay was fine. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great with different choices every morning. The only issue I had was getting into the parking lot when I arrived. A room key is required to lift gate. I pressed the button to call into front desk and was hung up on. I had to call from my cell phone to have someone let me in after giving my name. "We were welcomed when we walked in by Arial who's sunshiney personality started our stay on a positive note. The hotel was clean, bright and comfortable. The beds were great and it was off the main drag, making it a great place to stay! Will stay again!"
