"I had an pleasant accomodation to Klausnerhof hotel. Easy to reach by bus. All the staff was really professional and heart-warming and made me feel great! The room, the spa and the common areas were extra clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas! I would definetely travel there again!!!!"

"Staff, food and facilities all excellent. The staff could not have done more to help or to make us feel welcome. Rooms could do with a little updating for a 4* hotel, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Minor point is the rooms have no tea/coffee facilities or mini bar which is a little annoying if you like a morning cuppa. Views are spectacular and perfect location for the Hintertux glacier and lift system."

"This stay was amazing. We just did a 1 day stayover to ski the slopes. the dinner service was very nice. The room was comparatively spacious. The location was superb, only a couple of minutes from the slopes."

"Three of us decided to have a 2 centre ski trip. Coming to Tux on the last leg. We are so pleased we did this. The hotel is excellent. very friendly and has all facilities you need. Great food and a couple of good restaurants nearby for a change. eg Pizzas Pool/Spa really nice and rooms are great . Most importantly 10-15 mins by car or bus to variuos slopes. We had very warm weather so up to the glacier straight away and the snow was perfect with sun shining bright. Might be different on a cold...

"From the welcome at checkin to our departure a week later this was a blissful experience. Food was superb, aprés ski facilities extensive, saunas, large pool enabling lap swimming, gym, steam room, infra red cabin, rooms & beds comfortable, excellent design in all aspects. Directly opposite Eggalm gondola, next to bus stop connecting to other ski areas within 15 minutes, including Hintertux glacier skiing at 3200 meters. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Don't miss it if...

"Wow wow, wow, This is the place where you should stay in Innsbruck. The rooms are amazing and the views from the rooms are gorgeous. The management all the time makes sure you are comfortable and the Breakfast was completely full of good food. The bus stop at 1 minute from hotel entrance. Amazing Stay!! Thanks"

Beautiful hotel with great breakfast & staff

"Really beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet (I only had breakfast booked but it was also no problem to have dinner with a friend there that did not stay at the hotel)! The staff was super friendly and forthcoming and the sauna and pool was very nice! Rooms were beautiful and very modern! Really loved it there and would book again anytime "

"Up to now, after much travel, my favourite hotel is Coul House near Inverness. The Neue Post joins it at the top of my list. It is an elegant, wonderfully designed building..Two conjoined in fact. The whole place is gorgeous and elegant and the staff are wonderful. It must take a huge amount of skill and planning to produce such quality and attention to detail. They have succeeded. My room was lovely, with a view of the Ziller Valley. The way the hotel is designed is really clever, linking up the two pools, indoor and outdoor rooftop, which are both wonderful, as are the saunas. Food is mainly buffet and high quality. The fresh fruit for breakfast (a facet of any good hotel in my view) was ideal. Great selection of fresh breads. I was surprised...my tarrif included breakfast, late lunch and dinner. Good value. The English equivalent would possibly be a 5 star hotel in many aspects. The staff seem to take a great pride in their work, as they should do. I used some of my rusty German, but English was well spoken by the staff. The area is lovely. I was unable to walk far due to a bad leg, but got up the Penkenbahn Gondola for a drink at the top to watch the paragliders at 2000m. It was stunning and a pleasant 17 degrees at height. I know it will be very busy come ski season, but I'm sure such a well-organised place will cope well. If my leg recovers, I would like to try the Zillertal ski area. Thanks go to all involved in this marvellous business. "
