"Comunicación fue excelente, muy atenta, quizás el único inconveniente es que vinimos en época de lluvia, y como VIP amenities, estábamos supuestos a recibir parqueo, desafortunadamente el parqueo no fue en el edificio, y movernos con tanta lluvia y tantas maletas pues si fue un inconveniente. "The room was spacious and comfortable. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it had a pool and a gym. The "pool" was about 8 feet by 12 feet and 1 foot deep there was no way you could swim in it it was not a hot tub. It was dirty and the centre drain had so much suction on it it was painful when I trod on it. It would be dangerous for a child to play in. The surrounding floor was dirty. The gym had a foul smell in the equipment was old with frayed cables and dirty I was completely...
