"Hotel was ideal for us. Made to feel welcome on arrival having already arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport. Reception staff very helpful. Room was large and warm despite the freezing temperatures outside. Breakfast included was excellent. Location was ideal and meant that everything was within walking distance. "The hotel is lovely we stayed 6 nights. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and they had plenty of choice. The location was close to all attractions and the tram was a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. All the staff from the kitchen, cleaning and reception are welcoming and friendly.
