"Great hotel, clean convenient location "

"My stay in Tower II was comfortable, and the bus to Ceska Lipa from Duo is convenient. But *the* reason why I'll be back is the staff -- in particular, Barbora and Austin were so incredibly patient and helpful when I had a million questions. Barbora even helped me plan a very busy day of sightseeing in Prague AND put a ton of effort into booking me and a coworker a private car when we had some oversized luggage and needed to drive far. Both she and Austin were incredibly friendly and personable,...

"Hotel has good position on Wenceslas square ,close to metro for the airport,good shopping area,close to main attractions,very good buffet breakfast,good size rooms,two lifts,a grand hotel,"

"We stayed here for two nights. Hotel had a beautiful lobby and great bar. The rooms ran very warm, we couldn’t figure out how to change the settings so it didn’t feel like we were staying in a safari, also shower weren’t great, it’s a removable head but placed very low. Breakfast was great, tons of options. We used the gym and pool, you have to pay, it’s a nice amenity but very outdated space, esp the gym minimal equipment. "

"Worth the price. Location is excellent as it located across the first bus stop, which is easy for people to catch the bus to the airport (do not have to worry about the seat on the bus). Very clean and safe (for solo traveller). Facilities are all in a good condition. Convenience as the Lidl (grocery store) is next to the hotel, as well as the Metro. It also 5 mins walk to the shopping mall and Andel tram station."
