"I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!"

Ski in/out onto the Reberty lift on Les Menuires, very convenient for rentals grocery shops in Les Menuires etc. Parking right in front of the hotel was also very convenient. Room was good size. Staff helpful and friendly. Only call outs were steam room did not get very hot and that area is decently noisy/busy due to families/kids but it's still decent and queited down during dinner time.
