"To 94DR, wow what a wonderful vacation for our family in Edinburgh. The property is even more stunning in person than on VRBO’s website. Located just south of the heart of Edinburgh it’s loaded with all the niceties one expects in a 5-star listing. The hosts, Paul and John were amazingly gracious and superb communicators before and during our stay. We highly recommend the daily cooked breakfast! "We were wonderfully surprised at the bedroom size and spaciousness of this Edinburgh flat. I think it has been completely renovated recently, and it stunning. Also immaculately clean. It is within a 15 minute walk to most Edinburgh attractions, with a bus stop right outside the door, and a small grocery across the street. There is also a small grassy, fenced backyard which is a nice plus. One note for Americans, there is no dryer which seems standard in the UK. There were plenty of drying...

"The property was great, the location was perfect in west end, but the management company doesn’t do their job. I struggled to get any responses from them after multiple attempts over months to get check in information and didn’t manage to get any information until a few hours before check in when I had already landed in Edinburgh. I had to contact VRBO multiple times to get them to contact the management company so I could get a response. I also sent a message in advance requesting a late...
