"The property location was very easy to get to around to public transportation and in the downtown area. Instructions for entering building were sent two days prior so that worked out well. "I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It is majestic. The staff is impeccable. They catered to our every need. Every day we came back to the room to find presents. It is in the middle of the square - dining and shopping are all in walking distance. Ask the concierge to help find a driver if you don't have anything set up and they will take you all over the countryside. It is affordable and they will give you a wonderful driver. "Staff in every area , were great ! EXCEPT evening dinner area / bar staff person was awful!! Looked bored ! He was very in different : not the right person to have in a restaurant: pub !! Need friendly staff : kind staff . The one man behind the bar made us feel uncomfortable! As if we were bothering him ! No smile ; no help . Just a grumpy man who really was totally disinterested in his role at your hotel ."
