"Perfect location right in the heart of the activity. Lots of shops and restaurants at your finger tips. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. Free parking...slightly off site but near by, just park and take your bags in first and then park otherwise a bit of a hike. "We stayed in the Suite Chalet with balcony and in-suite sauna room. I must say that this place is exceptional. The room has such a lovely rustic vibe and is the ultimate comfort for a couple. They seemed to have options for families and were super dog-friendly as well! The sauna with spectacular views out from the balcony is so special! "One night stay on a motorcycle trip. The bed was huge and so comfortable after a like ride. The food was delicious and the wine list extensive. It was great to chill in the lounge with a drink after a tiring day and the staff were very attentive. Looking to stay here in the Winter for a ski trip now."

"Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. Hotel heating broken room very hot first day, but no heating there after for the week however towel rail was warm in en-suite. Floors dirty and towels very shabby. Breakfast hard work to obtain a nice coffee such as Cafe Late. After heavy snow hotel didn’t clear any snow from walk ways unlike all other hotels in area. No care for...

"This hotel is fine. Next to the slopes . A few steps to get up to the lift . Livigno is good, plenty of scope for skiing . We did half board , but wouldn’t next time . The resort is much cheaper than France. So eating out was cheap . The food in the hotel was fine … but not really to our taste . We parked underground at the hotel . Room was basic , …but fine . We had a good break "
