The property was ideally located a short walk from Angel tube station, ideal for exploring Islington or getting a tube to go further afield. The property was clean and tidy and was easy to find and access thanks to good communication.

Unbelievably shoddy Customer Experience
The way they position their emails and communicate is an absolute shambles. None of the marketing images match the location apart from ONE. Which is hidden amongst a PLETHORA ofbtoo many check in/out, unnecessary information gathering. It's genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I've experienced (and CX is a topic I teach for thousands the world over) I will use this onstage at conference for the rest of time about how NOT to create welcoming experiences The flat itself is perfect for a weekend in London, location, cleanliness etc. The shower was designed by a moron thom No ability turn it on without being IN it - ergo freezing blast before the warmth comes through. I was like a Morpheus in the corner of the roof fighting Agent Smith, rather than casually flicking it on. The Door can be placed to open outward so easily. Lunacy. Trying to find the code for the key box and front door was nigh on impossible due to the utterly unnecessary stack of emails. Being "checked out" a whole day before I'd even arrived was deeply concerning, such that I went and found alternative accomodation whilst waiting for clarification to that my stay was still booked Worst of all, it's all unnecessary. You don't need any of the data I inputted because I made it ALL up and still got sent a keybox code. Which now feels suspicious. Do not give them your passport or any other details after booking 🙏 It was clean, comfortable but everything else is at best a disaster. Or fraud.

Great, but…
Lovely location, very clean accommodation. The TV did not work, there is a lot of traffic noise and you can hear the person upstairs walking around so if you’re a light sleeper it won’t work (I’m not so it was fine for me), and there was no milk though all other ingredients for tea and coffee were that, that just made me so sad :(

Decent Stay at Modern Apartment
Overall the accommodation was good. However, it is extremely noisy and because there is a market unfortunately you can hear everything outside. The sofa in the living area was very uncomfortable and downstairs of the flat was extremely cold regardless of the heating being on. I would recommend in the winter months not to rely on the floor heating but rather to provide guests with a small heater. The bedroom was the complete opposite as once the heating was on then it was too hot. We tried to adjust the thermal stat and unfortunately the only solution would be to open the door as. There should be better instructions with the heating and triple glazing the windows as this took away from the trip. The heating might just be an issue if you are in the top floor flat which was were I stayed. Otherwise I would stay here again and i would recommend for a short business trip., however please can you ensure you bring your own shower gel as the apartment only provide enough for one wash.

All around excellent 1 bedroom apartment
Excellent apartment finished to a high standard. Only thing missing was a dish washer. Very efficient under floor heating with good WiFi and comfortable furniture. Loads of good options for buying food to cook or restaurants to choose from. Great location right in the middle of shopping and street market yet apartment was surprisingly quiet with great little balcony. Cleaner was very accommodating allowing me to check out at 11.30am as I had requested Overall a top drawer option if you want the option of being able to cook or eat out while staying in a solid, well appointed apartment.

I stayed in the apartment on the 1st floor (which Americans call the 2nd floor). I would stay here again for a short trip and recommend it to others, keeping in mind some pros and cons which I've listed below. Pros: - Easy, human-free check in - Very close to Angel tube station, grocery stores and food - The apartment is new (furnature, decor) - Suited to the short business traveler (WiFi was fast, there was a desk, and enough power outlets) Cons: - It's very basic, there are no extras like bottled water. Hand soap and shampoo were provided, but it was the cheapest stuff possible. - Only 2 towels provided. Had I stayed for longer than 4 nights I would have needed more. - There's a lot of noise from the street, so bring earplugs/headphones - The blackout curtains let in quite a bit of light even at night, so bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive - Narrow hallway and stairwell, with no elevator. It's a pain to bring up luggage.

The location of this place was perfect! So close to the tube, bars and restaurants. It’s small but perfect for a couple. Very clean! Bed was a little hard but overall this place is a great value. We would stay again.

Apartment was nice and clean, warm (under floor heating I think) and spacious. I was on the third floor and the stairs are small but easy enough to climb with a small suitcase. The kitchen was modern and functional and the tea and coffee was a nice touch
