Private secured parking within the building is available for one car and is included for all guests. There is also free parking on the street right by the apartment available between 18:30 to 08:00 everyday.

The neighbourhood is in a new development of highly spec'd contemporary apartments. It is very safe with on site security at all times and CCTV in place at external spaces.
There are two restaurants and cafes literally downstairs, two convenience and groceries stores and Starbucks all in the vicinity.

CCTV installations are present in communal areas and noise level monitoring installed within the property to vigorously and actively monitor and detect any noise nuisance 24/7. If excessive noise above the threshold is detected, our guests would be asked to leave immediately, their stay forfeited and no refunds would be given as per our Terms of Service.
