Home is around an 8mins walk to Willesden Junction tube station which makes it easily accessible to transport links around London! Get into the city centre in 30mins by tube! Property is being sold, possible viewings to take place during guests stays.

Disappointing Stay
Unfortunately during our stay we encountered a number of issues. The cleaning job prior to our arrival was quite sloppy. Many of the dishes look like they hadn't been cleaned properly (lipstick etc..). There were ants in the laundry room and first floor bathroom. There was an electrical burn spot in one of the bedrooms and a leak in the bathroom of another bedroom when there was heavy rainfall. We unfortunately lost power for 3 out of 5 days we were there, likely due the rainstorm/leak issue, and weren't able to get it restored before we left. There is very sparse furniture and the TVs/internet didn't work great. There isn't really any cookware so it's not practical to use the kitchen for cooking. There also isn't really any comfortable furniture for a group to relax in the living room. It's kind of a temporary set up with a lot of single chairs in a circle. The convenience of so many en suite bathrooms was good. We had to purchase our own hand soaps for all bathrooms though. This house is currently listed for sale, and it's very clear that the priority is selling the home (there was an agent there showing the property when we checked in). The host/property managers were responsive during our stay, but didn't make a big effort to address the concerns. Ultimately we ended up only being able to use the place for sleeping. It's a shame because the property is set up quite well to work as a place for a family/group to stay -- but definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Met the minimum
Unfortunately this property is in under renovation and staged to sell. It does meet the minimum standard but leaves a little wanting as a vacation property. All beds were old and uncomfortable or broken. The internet was spotty at best. There no minimum conveniyof simple condiments like salt and pepper. There were no pans or bake ware. 3very small pots for a 10 person property. The downstairs bathroom had mild and ants. The back yard hasn’t been taken care of yet this year and overgrown and unusable. The neighborhood is up and coming and a very close walk to the train and connecting to London. There is a small market right on the corner. The property has great potential. The space is great. And when cleaned up the property will be AWESOME just needs active cleaning and stocking.
