- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home is a basement flat. There are stairs down to the entrance, with no elevator.
- The homeowners' housekeeper will visit on thursdays and will stay for roughly an hour.
- This home does not accept toddlers and pets, but it does accept babies and children.
- There are renovations taking place in the building next door to this home. Noise can be heard between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
