"The hotel is conveniently located off Highway 99. I’ve stayed here several times and have always found it quiet and comfortable. This review is for the amazing staff. I stayed at this location during a recent business trip. I forgot my laptop in the room. The GM, Bayron, called me that afternoon to let me know the item had been forgotten. We arranged to have it sent to me. The staff at this location has proven that there still exists people that do the right thing! Huge thanks and appreciation to housekeeping staff, Bayron, and Graciela for the help!! "

"Love it here. We keep renewing our stay and of course we'll be staying here again soon. The staff is incredible. Thank you all for everything (Aila, Damien, Kalin, Joy, Nick & others..). Everyone is super kind & hella down (except the new short lil white girl server in the cafe inna a.m. Who didn't seem to find our table, but found her way to all the others), nonetheless we are sooo pleased with my stay. "After looking at a LOT of places we chose this hotel so we could have my mom (a local) over and spend time with her and celebrate Christmas a little early. We are just far enough away that a day trip isn’t possible and she rents a room from a friend. I’ve had a good amount of bad experiences even with highly rated hotels. So if you’re on the fence, book this hotel! When I walked in the hotel smelled BEAUTIFUL. I’ve never experienced that. Only harsh cleaner smell covering up funk or old musty smells or nothing. But the warm and simply decorated environment plus the warm front desk staff was already a 5 star experience. I think they even upgraded our room to a Grand suite with a balcony for free. It was rainy otherwise I would have used it. The room was super clean and had tons of space for us to hang out and spend quality time together. I made sides for a small Christmas dinner in the kitchen which had its own little alcove. Sleeping was quiet and the beds are a bit old and soft. Still, I slept and didn’t wake in pain. The only downside was the bathroom walls were very dirty; they need a new coat of paint. Shower had tons of cobwebs on the ceiling and the conditioner was empty. Breakfast was continental but not careless. Everything was neatly laid out and clean and I was surprised by the amount of options in their little fridge like different cream cheeses, cottage cheese, a breakfast sandwich and tomato juice. "
