"A fabulous new hotel which opened summer 2024. Absolutely wonderful service, rooms very carefully designed, stunning views of the Atlas mountains. Very close to golf course. There is a lot of development in the area - but this cannot be seen or heard from the hotel."

"The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! "Nice room. Simple, clean. We loved the old doors and wrought iron fixtures. The place could use some updating. The bathroom smelled a bit off from the plumbing. The hot tub on the roof was cold. "Stayed here for four nights and loved it. Location is excellent, right next to the square and all its activity, but the room was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast service on the roof terrace was outstanding. The people are lovely; really helpful, they answered all our questions and gave great advice on places to go and how to get there. Would definitely stay here again."

Lovely hotel with amazing staff!

"Absolutely loved this hotel It’s quite small which we liked . We had a duplex room which was lovely- great to have 2 bathrooms - even if it was just the two of us ! Food was really good - lots of veggie options . Would have been good to have a carvery of a joint of meat as there wasn’t a lot of meat options- oats of fish though . All inclusive was good. Excellent quality Moroccan wines. Only 3 cocktails to choose from but they were very good. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We especially loved Adil oh entertainment team ! What a brilliant chap - incredibly enthusiastic and so Adil "

Aqua Mirage Club & Aqua Parc - All Inclusive

"This is a wonderful hotel complex with lots of activities. The staff were friendly, the food was good, the grounds were beautiful and the property was kept clean. You need to take the shuttle or a taxi to get to the centre of Marrakesh and other shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you like to walk outside of the hotel there isn’t much nearby but the grounds are large enough to walk around. We liked not having to leave until 3pm as we had a late flight (room vacated by 12). The only points for improvement would be hotter food in the buffet and easier methods for getting pool towels. Also note you need to get a ticket from reception when you check out or they won’t let you leave!"

Perfect hotel

"Stunning hotel with amazing staff. The hotel is perfectly situated within the Medina, close to Bahia Palace and an easy walk to the Souks. A fabulous breakfast is served in the hotel's courtyard, overlooking the pool. Our room was large and always very clean. Plates of fruit, cookies and dates were left in our room daily which is a lovely touch. There is no doubt in our minds that we will return to Ksar Anika again."
