Parking is very small and tight, if you have a mid size or larger vehicle, good luck parking here. You will have to park across the strret. Pool was clean. Water pressure is low. "The property is nicely located within walking distance of dining and shopping. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The ocean side of the building had a distant view of the ocean, but directly below the balcony were ugly storage containers and large waste bin. Maybe there wasnt anywhere else to put them, but there was no attempt to hide them or beautify the view. Otherwise everything was nice. "

"While the condo was in an ideal location in Kona, the amenities at the property were less than what I expected. The shower and bathroom sink were filthy. There were several hairs in the shower the day we arrived and what looked like toothpaste in the bathroom sink. The bathroom mirror was also dirty, with water spots all over it. The condo needs a good overall cleaning, as there was dust and dirt all over the walls, fans, decorations, etc. It is also a little outdated. The TV should be updated...
