"The hotel was lovely, anything you asked about was done really quickly, ie change of pillows, requesting an iron and ironing board, breakfast was really good Depak was particularly good, the only fault with the hotel was the indoor pool, it was a spa pool lovely and warm, but there was no support rail, I'm unsteady on my feet, so I couldn't use the pool, unless one of my family were with me "

"It's a nice hotel, only noise I heard was when chairs were moved around, perhaps felt pads would avoid such noises. Only real gripe is TV is in German, I did ask if they could reset to English and engineer did visit but still the same after, in fact worse as he had cleared the netflix account for a german user but at least they were in English. BBC not available for remembrance day."

"It was a quiet place, clean, looked exactly in the photos. Close to shops, restaurants, bus stops. Just seven minutes walk to the nearest beach. "Generally the property was good. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Facilities were just adequate, the shower ran out of hot water after one person then you had to wait half an hour for the next person. Otherwise I was happy with my accommodation. "The studio flat was spacious and comfortable for one person. Disappointing there was no balcony. There was noise from 6am every morning from building work on the new pier opposite the hotel. "Our check in was at 2245 and we were checked in with ease. Our room reflected the price. Air conditioning worked great. Cute little balcony. Shower pressure and temperature was good but the height of the shower head is only suitable for children but it’s detachable and worked good enough. Pool was great too but it was too cold to fully enjoy. One cockroach was found in the hallway. None in our room."

The room was lovey and the staff went to the extra effort of decorating the room for our anniversary and recent engagement, which was a nice touch.
