"This place is really nice. Really honest and reasonable rates. I left my charger in the room and I called them and asked them if they could look. They called me back within a few hours and told me that they found the charger which I found to be very considerate of them. Some places wouldn't do that but this place didn't. I would say they're amazing. Thank you for a wonderful night and true honesty in San Francisco"

"The inn was centrally located, with ample parking spaces. It was also within walking distance to a few public transit options, but a bit far from BART. The room was quite spacious, especially the bathroom. It was also recently renovated. However, the noise was Lombard St was too much. The rooms had poor sound proof, and the noise from the traffic, especially the motorbikes, could be disruptive to many sleepers. "

"Overall, loved my stay here! Staff was great and wonderful, took care of my luggage on my flights day coming in and out. Room was the perfect size, clean, and had a great modern look. Only complaint would be the thinness of the walls and perhaps front door? We were by the elevator, so that never helps, though ear plugs were provided :) Sometimes things like that can't be helped! I managed to sleep alright in my comfortable bed, so what more could you ask for :D"
