"The staffs are very welcoming and accommodating. The in-room coffee is great. The in-suite laundry is a plus. It’s located just across the street from the parliament - very convenient. Need to pre booking for valet since it’s hard to park in downtown. "

Helpful staff and reception were able to store my luggage for the day. Dated furniture in the bedroom with marks and stains but sheets and towels were clean. I would stay here again. "

"Everything about Oaks was great, my partner and I both enjoyed the room and the staff were super friendly. We chose the City view, no housekeeping package but the lovely man at the front desk added it on for no extra charge. This was my first time in Wellington so definitely made it memorable, my only complaint is that there were a lot of homeless people outside, but other than that, everything was great! "

The amenities were fabulous, the room and hotel were clean, and we appreciated the spaciousness of the room. "
