"The hotel is clean and tidy, rooms were well kept. Good breakfast. I do recommend staying here since it serves the purpose but you need to know certain things. I deduct one star because there is no above-and-beyond element. At all! The hotel charged me 12,000 Tenge for airport pickup when I could have just walked to the Blue Taxi counter in the arrivals hall, to whom the pick up drive casually gave back the sign with my name on it. I paid 2500 Tenge back to the airport! What a mark-up! Not...

"Had a good stay here. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. I didn’t use the spa facilities but I was given a tour and they looked fantastic. A shame I didn’t have enough time to partake. Breakfast was ok. I found the room very warm and needed to open the window during -15c to cool down a bit. The radiators didn’t seem to be adjustable."

Very limited ability to charge to room (results in multiple charges and fees for international visitors). Overall, these were small things as the hotel is lovely, the rooms comfortable, the location excellent, and several staff members (Svitlana at reception) are exceptional."

"The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola."
