"We had a great week. The villa is spacious and well equipped. There were some lovely touches eg lots of cleaning equipment, bin bags and a cupboard full of extras eg spices, cooking oil and a welcome pack. These are all things that we’ve had to purchase ourselves in other villa stays. The villa is easy to get to and close to main routes down both the east and west of the island. "

"Daughter and stayed at Park Heights for 4 nights, we had a wonderful stay! A day before our arrival, I was contacted by the staff to guide me with the self check in, as we were arriving late. The communication was clear and everything went smoothly. The studio with kitchen was just perfect, super functional and clean. The design choices are modern with clean lines. "Excellent place to stay! Friendly people, beautiful accommodations! Perfectly located and has a rooftop pool to boot! The only criticism would be the mattresses… they were too firm for our liking and it made it hard to sleep, but we like soft beds so anyone else may not have an issue at all. We are already planning our next trip to Malta and plan to book here again"

"Lovely clean apartment, well equiped for self catering. We did book breakfast but the buffet restaurant closed due to being out of season. However the staff brought breakfast to order every morning to our room, which was lovely. I asked for an extra blanket (before we worked the heating out) which was delivered promptly. The unit we stayed in was recently refurbished with top of the line kitchen appliances, a very comfortable bed with a large television and a great bathroom with shower. The location was perfect for us with a short, 10 walk to downtown Valletta along a beautiful, well lit pedestrian walkway. The area was safe and quiet. "We arrived to find the property was ready and hadn’t been cleaned from the previous tenants. We contacted the owner and to be honest he was very good, provided another property across the hallway and got the original property cleaned within in two hours. We were moved back as the alternative property was cold. But after a poor start we had a good stay. Important to follow the owners instructions as there are several properties in the area with similar names "

Wonderful Property!

"Wonderful hotel experience with lovely service. The rooms are very comfortable and the in-bathroom tub are both very deep and long so great for tall people. The breakfast was very good and the mains were made to order - lovely touch. While much of the facility lives up to its 4/5 star rating and I would definitely stay again, there were a few small details that while not a big deal at all, are expected in a highly rated hotel. For example, a number of times my water was not refilled when the room was cleaned. Of course, this was fixed right away when I let the front desk know, but it is these small details that help a hotel maintain a reputation as a luxury property. The location of the hotel is phenomenal with many sites in easy walking distance. A great number of dining options are available right near by. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"The hotel is huge, despite it looking older than its rivals, the internal decoration was good and was very clean. The rooms were large and we had a seaview. I can find little fault with our stay here. We visited in February and despite some building work going on (which was well advertised) there is plenty to see and do. The evening entertainment was very good. The food choices were fantastic (something for everyone) with of course unlimited drinks in the food restaurants and bars if you are doing AI. The roof top pool has spectacular views and is definitely worth a visit, even if you don't want to dip your toes in the cooler water found in Feb. The indoor pool in the sub-basement is really catered for the spa customers even though it is open to everyone. Based on the 'open to everyone' the changing areas need to be much larger in regards to actual undressing etc and the Sauna and Steam room do need to be larger, but i can appreciate that in peak season these areas would be rarely used. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and what i would say, is those people that moan about this and that, are talking rubbish. Where else can you get a room, all inclusive food and drink for approx £60 a night !! I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. The staff work extremely hard to try and make everyones visit the best that they can."
