"The Valets need to get off their phones and communicate with their Guests. I was not offered any assistance with a luggage cart until I had already filled it. The lanai is due for a power wash. "Our stay was good tje beds were a little lumpy, and when taking a shower the water would not go down easy. The room was clean though and was well sticked with towels and toiletries. We were gone for the day and went to enter our room and our cards would not work and would have to get them to reactive them again twice. It was some small thongs, but other than these small hiccups our stay was good. "
