"I love that it was close to Xcaret and we were able to get tours. The staff were very friendly and personable. Bellitna at the Oriental restaurant made sure we got our food in time so we won't be late for the show at Xcaret. Most of all the staff modified our stay given that we didn't get there until 2 days after our reservation because of flight cancelations."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the facility was always clean. Having umbrellas and loungers at the beach was a nice touch. The beach had a life guard that made the area feel safe. The Mexican National Guard also patrolled the beach, which made me feel safer on the beach. There was a different show to whatch each night and the performers were very talented. "
